About
Jules Giordano has been an avid reader and writer from an early age. She earned a kindergarten certificate for reading the most books in her class and, soon thereafter, penned her first “novel” with her childhood best friend.
As she progressed through life, Jules spent years playing soccer, dabbling in various forms of artwork, and entertaining herself through music, learning, and organizing.
She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at Texas A&M University in College Station before entering the professional world as a financial advisor. After four years of helping others plan their financial futures, Jules moved into the midstream oil and gas industry and worked on the commercial team of a competitive Fortune 500 company.
Wanting more personal freedom in where she could reside and how often she could travel, Jules shifted her career into a remote journalism role at a petrochemical price reporting agency. In this role, Jules reignited her love for writing and began doing freelance writing in her spare time.

She eventually left her role as Associate Director of Journalism to focus her time and energy on helping her aging grandparents. During this time, Jules fulfilled some of her bucket-list desires, including earning her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification and traveling to Costa Rica to volunteer at an animal sanctuary. She started researching her family history and began publishing short stories about her relatives. Jules also launched a newsletter covering professional women’s soccer.
Jules Giordano currently resides in New Orleans and spends her days writing and creating with her cat, Indiana Jane, by her side. She is the owner and founder of The Blue Moss Creative, a consultancy that helps creatives push their passions forward.
